Hello doctor, pls I had a vaccum evacuation abortion exactly a month ago. And I just a four days ago, I have been diagnosed of high typhoid malaria plus I hav dis fealing of a weght in my abdomen, some crams light ones and feel sometin beat jst a litlle below my navel, I jst had a scan few days ago too n it showd I am nt pregnan but why do I still feel heavy, n hav done d home pregnancy test stil negativ. Mind u I took 3 tabs of cytotec misopros tol and six misepret to terminate d pregnancy but it failed no bleedin jst a little spotin dats y I had 2 go 4 d evacuation . Pls help. Am I safe from harm? Some times I fell burnin pain too litlu in my stomach

you need not worry the pain abdomen, burning sensation, heaviness are related to typhoid and malaria. i can say with more confidence as your ultrasound scanning has been done, which normal.
