Hi,there is a possibility for a stone and bladder tumour to present together.a long standing stone could very well be a predisposing factor for bladder tumour as it causes chronic irritation of the bladder mucosa.as you have planned an urologist needs to seen. he might advice you to do an cystoscopy so that the stone can be removed with the aid of cystoscopy and an biopsy from the bladder growth can be taken.your further treatment depends upon the biopsy report and the depth of infiltration of the growth into the bladder and surrounding structures.before cystoscopy is done you will be asked to do a urine culture sensitivity .wish you good health.
