Hi. Palmoplantar psoriasis is tough to treat. If your psoriasis is Oozing then take oral antibiotcs like Amoxycillin/Augmentin/Cefadroxyl for a week. Continue application with halovate-F twice daily and take oral cetrizine for itch relief. Whereas if it is dry or after it becomes dry you can apply use a plain steroid like halobetasol ointment/clobetasol ointment twice daily over moisturex cream or you can also use Calcipotriol+clobetasol mixed combination ointment twice daily for 3-4 weeks and then switch over to plain calcipotriol ointment for maintainence. Other treatment options available are PUVASOL, Oral PUVA, Oral methotrexate, Oral acitretin and Biologics are other treatment options but they need to be taken under the expert supervision of dermatologist
