Diagnosed With Barretts Disease. Taking Medicine. Having Tight Feeling In The Neck, Burping, Chest Pain After Endoscopy.

Hi I was told I had barretts disease in April I have tried all the ppi which I did not get on with I am now taking 150mg ranitidine morning and night plus 3 domperidone. The acid has calmed down but now I am suffering every day with bits of food feeling like stuck in throat sore throat tight feeling in neck.that just gets worse as day goes on and l keep burping but it does not go away till next day and I get chest pain. I did not feel this bad before I had the endoscopy and all these different tablets doctors keep trying. my e-mail address is YYYY@YYYY

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
Barrett's eoesophagitis, in the primitive stage may be controlled by PPI and dompridone. Probably now it is with dysplastic changes.
In that case it may not be controlled by medicines. It may need laser treatment. In severe cases may need surgery chemo or radiation may be needed.
Avoid taking spices, junk foods, and oily foods.
Try to take semi solid foods, and drink more water.
