Diagnosed With Bilateral Nasal Pneumonia. On Antibiotics. Pain In The Joints. Is It Not Cured Properly?
hi, Mom was diagnosed with Bilateral Nasal pneumonia. in december we had her hospitalised in december and she was on Anti biotics. But then she started still having pain in the joints recently and we took her to the doc. the doc said her pneumonia has not gone completly.
She has again been put on anti biotics which are very similar to the last one
Hello, Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum. Causative organisms of nasal pneumonia present or not present only blood culture will show. But for joints pain you have to take treatment and causes of joints may be, 1 Rheumatoid arthritis, ( as many joints involved ), write down if pain of joints are migratory or localizes to 2-3 joints. 2 Osteoarthritis, 3 Infective gout Consult an Orthopaedician / one more physician ( for 2nd opinion for nasal infection).
