Diagnosed With Dermatomyositis. Inability To Move, Swallow, Throat Pain. How To Get Relief?
My wife has been diagnoised with dermatomyositis for the past 3 years. She was able to move around and do her bodily functions but for the past few days she is totally immobile though there has been no change in the medicines. Also her throat is paining so much that she is not able to swallow hence she is only having fluids

It is very dangerous condition , you need to get CPK done and she will require steroids to be started for recovery.
