Hi.. I had very bad cold with throat infection ,ear ache and fever a month back.. .was treated with antibiotics .. But soon developed. h1n1 influenza .... Got treated with antibiotics again..soon after developed middle ear infection and had to again take antibiotics .. But I still feel my throat hurts every time after I have had a cold drink or in the evenings sometimes.. ..why am I not getting back to normal ..I sometimes feel a bit of congestion . I have recently moved to the .please help . Thanks
Hello, I hope your stomach is fine and you do not have constipation ,acidity ,belching,reflux etc. If you do have take care of that and can take-- Antireflux management after consulting your doctor Syp. antacid gel 2 tsf two times a day half an hour before meals multivitamin twice daily Keep head end of bed elevated. Avoid alcohol, Smoking Do brisk walking daily Go for walk after dinner Avoid spicy food Avoid late night coffee
actually reflux is one of the major cause of throat problems and that too after a course of antibiotics .
