I am 26 yrs old and was diagnosed with PCOS since 3 years and i am on medications since then. I take pills for getting menses regularly. If i discontinue i dont get menses. I was being told to take carnisure - levocarnitine 500 by my doctor. for what is that medicine given to me. How will it help me, should i take it once a day? Im having ginette 35 now. kindly reply.
