Diagnosed With PCOS. Had White Dry Discharge After Sex With Breast Tenderness And Back Pain. HPT Negative

My last period was Luly 3-8, then july 15 i went to the doctor for a pregnancy preparation checkup, i had spotting during that time then she asked me to have ultra sound, and July 16 they found out i had polysistic ovaries. She gave me medicine to take but she said i should take it once my period start. ( Im 35 - 40 days cycle sometimes longer ) Then on August 3 i had spotting with light color - darkish color until August 4, the dischage is not continous so i though i would have my period, but then it stop. Then my husband and i notice when we had contact on the 5 and 6 , after he pulled out there are some thick white like dried thing . ( what could it be)
Then i waited 2 weeks for before i took pregnancy test and 2 test came out negative. But I have lower back pain, breast tender, with like milk color not sticky and no bad smell discharge, lower abs pain from time to time. Im I pregnant.

Hi dear,
since you have a history of prolonged cycles, it is quiet possible that you may be pregnant. You can clear your doubt by getting B HCG done which will tell you correctly about the pregnant state.
The thick white discharge could be a sign of infection especially if associated with itching.
In my view consult a gynae and get yourself examined for te same

These signs do not indicate pregnancy.
Thick white discharge is common in second half of cycle.
You can't be pregnant with negative pregnancy test results.
