Diagnosed With Balantitis. Taking Antibiotics. Blood Starts Seeping When Foreskin Is Pulled Back. Matter Of Concern?

I was diagnosed with balantitis / yeast infection approximately a week ago and put on antiobiotics (Metronidazole 500 mg tablets) for 7 days. tomorrow is my last dose of the antibiotic. although I seem to be improving; no discharge, swollenness, pain or irratiation; I did notice that when I pulled back my foreskin my glans starts seeping blood from where I had / have the majority of the infection. Is this a sign of anything major to be worried about?

General & Family Physician 's  Response

Hi,
From history it seems that due to infection there might be having still soreness
giving rise to bleeding.
There is possibility of having bleeding from frenulum due to pulling back of foreskin.
apply antibiotic cream locally.
Keep local part clean by averting foreskin gently.
Ok and take care.
