Hi,
Bronchitis is condition of lungs where you get cough and breathlessness which is mostly seen in smokers the chronic type if you moke quit it as soon as possible. But why heart is enlarged in x ray if it is borderline enlagement, it could be technical in x ray you can get a 2 D Echocardiography which wii give actual size of heart and also function of heart. Do you have high Blood pressure which may be present one of the cause of enlagement of heart. Less commonly heart may be enlarged due to viral infection to heart ,Cardiomyopathy, even fluid in heart which can be ruled out by 2 D Echo study. calcified granuloma could be old healed Tuberculosis. If you are smoking for many years then it may also indicate a heart failure .
