Diagnosed With Fibromyalgia And Moderate To Severe Neuropathy. Suggestions

I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia . I have a vitamin D and potassium deficiency. I take .175 of Synthyroid. I have extreme stiffness, swollen knees and the latest x-ray shows that there is narrowing in my right hip along with bursitis for which I received a cortisone injection? I am experiencing popping of the knees, hips and lower back with movement . I have just completed 10 PT treatments. I have also been diagnosed with moderate to severe neuropathy. It is painful to walk because putting pressure on the right leg hurts. I can barely put my shoeson because of the stiffness and pain. I now walk with a very noticeable limp. And sometimes the right leg feels as if it is going to give way.
