Diagnosed With Hepatospeenomegaly & Hypochromic Anamia With Neutrophilia

my 3 yr daughter had a fever to rule out dengue her doc advise us to do ultrasound in that she was diagnosed with mild hepatospeenomegaly. her hb was 9 and has microcytic hypochromic anaemia with neutrophilia. she is 11kg and 91cm . she has very low immunity and fall sick every 15 days or so . she has also mild ricket trouble. her appetide is very less its very difficult to feed her but likes to take milk.she also have a severe broncities/asthma trouble and we are giving her singulair 4mg.pls asvise me what to do with her so that her immunity can increase.

Possibility of malnutrition, malabsorption, thalassemia, sickle cell anemia etc is more. And in a these immunity is low. So better to get done reports to rule out above mentioned causes. Continue singular fir asthma. Singular is safe for long term use in pediatric patients. Give her green leafy vegetables, fruits rich in vitamin C (orange, grapes, strawberries etc), high protein diet (pulses, protein powder) etc for good immunity. Do her vaccination timely.
