Diagnosed With Herniated Disk, Loss Of Bladder Control. Anything To Worry?

I have been diagnosed with a herniated disk and have been warned about loss of bladder control and twice now I have had an issue, first time if I had not been in the bathroom I would have had an accident and just now I did not quite make it and I have the feeling of a slight constant leak and I am just wondering if I should be concerned

Thanks for the query
You have symptoms suggestive of urinary urgency and incontinence. This often means a bladder problem.
So you should get an ultrasound of the kidneys and bladder and a urodynamic study.
These will tell us what the problem is an guide appropriate teeatment.
