Diagnosed With Sacrodosis, Abnormal Renal Function. On Prednisole. What Can We Expect?

my husband is diaganosed with sacrodosis. his renal functin are abnormal. high calcium low vitamnd D. he feels full and bloated all t he time and sick over all. he was on prednisole for 10mths after tapper dose he finished the course last nov. he stayed fine for 2 mths and it has flared up again last mth. what need s to be done now as he dont want to be on predinisole again. what should v do now?

Good evening
Corticosteroids like prednisolone are effective and are widely used for management of sacrodosis
He should be counseled to continue with low dose of prednisolone, B complex vitamins given.
The side effect of prolonged use of steroids like prednisolone is osteoporosis.
