Diagnosed With Strep, Weight Loss, Fever Subsided. Is It Autoimmune Hepatitis? Prognosis?
My daughter (7 yrs old) was diagnosed with Strep, then Mono. She had a rough go of it for about a month. Fever for about 3 weeks but she now feels much better with no symptoms. She experienced no weight loss and she seemed to get her energy back quickly once the fever subsided. It's been about six weeks now and her liver enzymes have only dropped a little according to the doctor. My family doctor used the remaining blood samples for a Jaundice test and that came back at normal levels. I took her in yesterday for additional blood work and will be meeting the GI specialist late next week. My family doctor, after conversing with the specialist, is under the impression that this could possibly be Autoimmune Hepatitis. I'm so scared for my daughter and was wondering if there could be any other explanation for this? Could it still be the mono? If it is Autoimmune Hepatitis, what is the prognosis? A week is a long time to wait for these results. For now I'm just a nervous wreck.

get think of milk theory that says child need breast milk for 2 years and after that no milk
if we add mk i child diet many children get these type of diseases
this is one of them
withdraw milk and diary from the child completely add foods like cereals veg juices
after withdrwl everything be normal after 3 wk
