Diagnosed With Typhoid, Stomach Ache. Taking Pediasure. What Should Diet Plan Include?

My 3 yrs daughter was diagnised for typhoid on 4 oct. Her antibiotics ended on 17 oct. Earlier she was taking pediasure but since her typhoid pediasure gives her tummy ache. She is taking milk easily. Now after 2 weeks of tratment what needs to be her diet plan as my pead doc says to give her everything as lonf as its homemade. I am confused now cause everthing means chicken, fish, red meat and chapati also. Plz advice. Thanks. Ali

Hi Ali, yes your doctor is right.
You can give every thing she likes including chicken, fish, red meat and chapati. Since the treatment is completed and she don't have any fever or other problem you can give all type of food. No restrictions now. Better if home made as to prevent any reinfection.
