No you can't be a pregnant with this semen analysis report.

In my opinion you should wait for the three month to get the good semen reports. Because this time is required for the sperm to revive and grow.

Please do take some precaution during this period. You can wear a loose undergarments, avoid heat to the testicles as this can interrupt the sperm generation, eat green and healthy food. Take a good sleep and stress free life.

Once you pass this period with this precaution your sperm becomes healthy. And than you can plan the pregnancy.
