Diarrhea, Abdominal Pain, Nausea. Tests Done, Cause Not Found. What Could Be This?

about 3 days of Diarehea, abdominal pain, nausiated, when to emergency room, did some test and said they could not find anything. gave me anti nausa med (doesnt really work) nothing for the pain, immodiam pepto don't work can't eat 2 bites with out setting off attack, midal extended relief takes some edge off pain. trying to eat a llittle brown rice and banna but haven't been able to take more than abite or two, try waiting 15 min then another bite. I am not on any medications, help im miserable. I write this for my daughter as she is miserable Thanks for any help

madam
three days of diarrhea and abdominal pain with nausea.. I suepect it to be acute diarrheal disease,,could be due to food poisoning or some viral gastro enteritis..i suggest you to be on anti biotics along with some pro biotics as prescribed by your GP ..coming to the pain it colud be secondary to diarrheah where electrolytes are lost resulting in crampy abdominal pain..get an ultrasound abdomen done ...
