Diarrhea, Belching, Acidity, Pain In Lower Abdomen, Heart Burn

Hi my fiancee has been feeling really ill for the last 3 to 4 weeks. He has diarrhea but not all of the time. It is watery sometimes and sometimes it is soft with water. He has been belching a lot. Has a lot more gas then usual. He has heart burn that nothing helps. He is having pain in his lower abdomen area and he says up along his right side as well. I think that it could be possible he had some bleeding in his bowels as well.

Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
It looks more like dyspepsia and indigestion than bleeding in the bowel.
Bleeding bowels cause black tarry stools.
Better take Dimol 40 mg 3 times daily to get rid of belching and gas problem.
Take some antacids as well as digestive enzymes.
Eat small, frequent, bland diet.
Avoid spicy foods and chillies.
Avoid smoking and drinking if you are used to them.
Usually you get relief within a week or two.
If no improvement consult a physican to get to correct diagnosis.
Hope this answer will serve your purpose
Please feel free to ask any more queries if required
Take care
