Diarrhea, Stomach Cramps, Urine Tests Normal But Showed Spermatozoa. Did Not Have Sex Or Masturbate In The Recent Past. What Could Be The Cause?
I am very unwell for the past 5 days with diarrhoea and stomach cramps . My GP asked for a urine sample to be tested. The result has come back normal with spermatoza seen. I was embarrassed at the result as I haven t masturbated or had sex for past 10 days or so due to feeling so unwell. Why would sperm show up in my urine sample result? Thankyou
the appearance of spermatozoa in the urine sample is not an abnormality. as the urethra is having the exit for both urine and sperms. so the sperms appear in the urine which is a normal phenomenon for which you have not to worry
and secondlly there is no embarcement between the pateint and doctor as the every matter discussed between the doctor and the patient is confidential and remember your GP is always ur secret keeper. be confident to explain ur every matter
thanks with regards
