Diarrhea With Painful Defecation. Doctor Has Given Vibact IBS, Nexpro And Equirex With Rifagut. Pain Still Persists And Unable To Sit.

For the past three weeks I am suffering from loose motion and for the last 1 week I am having painful defecation. I consulted a doctor who has given me a dosage of vibact ibs, nexpro rd 40 and equirex combined before diner and rifagut thrice daily after meal. Last saturday I had blood in stool and he has given me meva sr nd Escot cream. But still the pain is there and I am unable to sit properly or do my chores.

It could be some infection, if I would be your doctor then I would certainly put you on some antibiotic and in such cases I usually trying Doxycycline 100 mg initially twice a day for one day and then one tab per day for another 10 days this gives very good result, with little diet control, have very light diet easy to digest, will come around soon have nice day.
