Diarrhea With Stomach Cramps After Eating, Dizziness, Poor Appetite, Sore Stomach, Painful Bones In Body. All Tests Clear. Advice
I have been having diarrhea lots after eating now it is most of the time, as well I get very dizzy when I get up or bend over, very tired, I have lost over 20 lbs,and my appetite is poor especially bad with meat I can't eat any meat without feeling very nauseated and sore stomach. I get severe cramps in my stomach then bad diarrhea comes,I wake up feeling nauseated & my mid lower back and hips really hurt and now the shin bone of my left leg and my right forearm have been very painful. I have had blood tests, chest xray, and ultrasound all showing nothing but I am just miserable feeling like this.
For the mean time, drink enough fluids and eat as much as possible to attenuate the consequences related to chronic diarrhoea.

Hi and thanks for this query. I am so sorry to hear about what you have been experiencing. These symptoms points towards chronic diarrhoea with malabsorption. The significant loss in weight warrants that you get evaluated for the possible causes of chronic malabsorption like inflammatory bowel disease, pancreatic insufficiency, tropical sprue, etc. I will suggest that you meet and talk this out with a gastro-enterologist.
