It seems from the history that you are having high refractive error of 7 dioptres and this can cause asthenopic symptoms in the form of eye pain and tiredness of eyes.
These symptoms are more common if the refractive power is not corrected and there is residual uncorrected refractive error.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.
