Did I Get A Miscarriage With Heavy Bleeding ?
i have really heavy bleeding that i thought was just an early period but the other day i saw just as i flushed that i passed something that was the size of my palm. Did I miscarry even thought I didn t know I was pregnant?

Usually every woman gets symptoms of pregnancy.The first symptom of pregnancy is a missed period followed by nausea;dizziness;vomiting;breast tenderness so see if you have had any such symptoms.If there was no symptom and you did not miss your periods then you were not pregnant and the thing which passed would have been a big clot of collected blood of your normal period.But if you had missed periods then only you could be pregnant.If you fear or have a doubt you can get a pregnancy test done to find out and clear your doubt.
