Did My Sac Rupture?

my follicle is 21mm and I did the trigger shot last wednesday is there a mature egg where I could get pregnant, we had sex on wednesday, thursday morning, friday and ongoing, but I had sharp pains in my side and I read that it was because my sac ruptured and the egg was released is this true?

pain is because of follicle rupture.
wait for two more week.take progestrone to support your luteal phase.
