Dear Mr.Harish, thanks for choosing health care magic. In the coming months we will have summer.Your diet for the day should be divided in minimum 6 portions and avoid the typical 2 major meal pattern.Have a light breakfast with fruits or salads in morning, something like butter milk or some vegetable soup in between and regular lunch but 25% less then routine. In the after noon with tea/coffee you can have biscuits or two and in evening have light dinner.Go for a walk for at least 30 minutes daily.Avoid sweets, fried foods, cold drinks etc, which contains high amount of sugar and more calories.See drugs, diet and exercise will help you live better and healthier.
