Dietary Requirements For Good Health

I am a 46 y/o female in relatively good health. I walk 3.5 miles in 50 minutes almost daily. At 5'6 1/2", I weigh just under 120 lbs. I am wondering what my daily nutritional requirements are (i.e: calories, calcium, protein, fat, iron, etc)....

Welcome to HCM.
Now this is your menopausal period and there is chances of development of osteoporosis,cardiac illness,obesity....
Take calcium,protein rich diet,low calorie diet(less fat contain).
drink more liquids,fruit juices,vegetable soups,salads.
Walking is good habbit ,continue it and it will be helpful to prevent osteoporosis,obesity.You can start calcium and multi vitamin tab. under your physician's guidances.
Consult your gynecologist for better guidance.
