Difficulty Eating, Constant Fecal And Urinary Incontinence, Diarrhea. Blood Work Showed Very Low Neutrophil Levels And Low WBC. Suggestions?

My wife has been sick for many months. Her weright has dropped form 95 pounds to 75 pounds. She has difficulty eating and when she can eat, suffers from diarreah and constant fecal and urinary incontinence. Her Gastroentrologist said he does not believe its Crohn's or Colitis and has not given a colonoscopy. An endoscopy and sigmoidoscopy as well as an abdominal scan came back clean. Her recent blood work indicated extremely low neutrophil levels and extremely low WBC. The hematologist elected to not do a bone marrow scan as he thought, while low the blood levels were consistently low as opposed to rapidly declining.

Is there an explanation to the weight loss, diarreah and atypical blood tests?
