Difficulty In Conceiving, Sperm Count Good, Have Regular Periods With Severe Back Pain. Cause?
my wife and I have been married for two year. We tried in our capacity to have children, but she coudln t conceive. I checked my sperm count and it was excellent. Here are some of her problem: Although she has a regulated menstrual cycle, she has pain on her back when she has period. Would you please help us get a child of our own.Tthank you!
Hi, Thanks for writing to us. Having pain in lower back or abdomen during menstruation is common and is seen in most of the females. As you are having difficulty conceiving, you need to meet a gynaecologist so that both you and your wife can be investigated for any causes of infertility. In males the quantity as well as quality of sperm matters. We look for number, morphology, motility of sperms. Similarly your wife too should be evaluated for any cause of infertility. Sometimes both the partners are completely healthy but not able to conceive. In all the above mentioned scenario, your gynaecologist would properly guide you. Hope this helped
