Difficulty In Passing Stools, Large, Heavy And Compacted Stools. Regular Intake Of Water. Have Type 2 Diabetes. What Could Be Wrong?
it has been in the 100s a lot lately. I don't over exercise but my stoo was compacted and I couldn't get it out.i strained but not to much. I had to push it put from outside with my hand. the stool was too large, heavy and compacted. I drink water but am type ii diabetic. is anything wrong? is my neuropsy advance from agent orange?
Hello, Impacted and hard stool happens when person suffers from severe constipation. You must avoid constipation because otherwise it may lead to anal fissure or haemorrhoids. Uncontrolled diabetes leads to various types of complications in future and so you must control it meticulously by proper medications,regular exercises and healthy eating. Regular exercises and eating fresh fruits and green vegetables along with plenty of water along with regular exercises will not only control your sugar levels but also your constipation. You may take fibre like psyllium husk to take care of your constipation. Thanks
