Hello,
Impacted and hard stool happens when person suffers from severe constipation.
You must avoid constipation because otherwise it may lead to anal fissure or haemorrhoids.
Uncontrolled diabetes leads to various types of complications in future and so you must control it meticulously by proper medications, regular exercises and healthy eating.
Regular exercises and eating fresh fruits and green vegetables along with plenty of water along with regular exercises will not only control your sugar levels but also your constipation.
You may take fibre like psyllium husk to take care of your constipation.
Thanks
