Hello, for a few weeks i have had difficulty sleeping as i m constantly hot and i feel exhausted most of the day. When i take a simple shower i am breatless from bending to shave my legs or wash my hair. Could this be from my mini pill cerazette as i have also gained weight in the last few weeks. I am a 34 yr old female who eats well but could probably exercise more but when i do i am breatless and dizzy. I would appreciate your advice. Many thanks
