Difficulty Swallowing, Pinching Sensation In Throat, Acid Reflux, Eosinophilic Esphasgitus. Treatment?

I have acid reflux and eosinophilic esphasgitus. I am having serious trouble smallowing some of the smallest portions of liquid. I have a EGD scheduled for Wednesday! Is there anything I can do in the mean time because I feel like going crazy because it feels like someone is literally pitching my throat and its frustating to get air or food inside of my body.
