Unfolding of aorta is a pure anatomical phenomenon where there is partial opening/ de-twisting of a loop of aorta occurs which it normally forms in the thorax (while going from front to back and from right to left). It is a benign entity. 2. Interpretation of lipid profile depends upon the clinical profile which is not available. However LDL seems to be high. 3. The management of asthma and high blood pressure depends upon clinical variables too and hence can be decided by your clinician alone. 4. Avoid table salt. Avoid smoke / dust.
