Discoloration On Lower Lip

my lower lip s color is not uniform, just in the center (below the front upper teeth ) there are ugly spots having the different color(light pink) from rest of the lip. when i stretch my lower lip then these spots turn into white stretched spots. there are 3 or 4 spots or patches only and these are only at middle portion of lip and not at right and left portion, one more thing is that these patches are only at the upper half portion of my lower lip, means the lip portion which can touch easily the upper lip and front two teeth, the lower portion(very near to chin ) don t have any spot of this type
