HI I have gone through your mail,as you have told that you are taking ferrous sulfate pills wthout water for last one year without any trouble but suddenly on one night after taking this tablet you have developed difficulty in breathing,and hurt in throat and swallowing became painful,you have some brown coloured discharge with smell like ferrous sulfate,comming out from mouth and left nose,all these indicates that tablet is not passed down in your food pipe and it remain stick somewhere in laryngopharynx (lower part of throat from where air and food pipes seprates).You are adviced to take some water to clear food pipe and consult your E.N.T.doctor for clinical examination of nose and throat ruleout any remains of tablet or any other abnormality in the area concern.Thanks.
