Discomfort In Right Testicle, Painful To Touch, Uncomfortable While Sitting Or Standing. Remedy?

I am a 27 year old male that is in pretty good physical condition. Yesterday I began to notice some discomfort in my right testicle which has become more noticeable today. It is painful to the touch and uncomortable when sitting or standing. The pain does not radiate to my abdomen or groin area and is isolated to the testicle itself.

Urologist 's  Response
Hello
Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have pain in Rt testicle mostly due to infection of Epididymis.( Epididymitis)
However this can be confirmed only on clinical examination and ultrasound scanning of the scrotum.
Please consult qualified Urologist or general surgeon forclinical evaluation and further treatment.
In the mean while take broad spectrum antibiotics along with anti inflammatory medication like Diclofenac twice daily .

Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.
