Hi,
I have gone through your query.
If you have swollen tonsil then you may be suffering from the tonsillitis.
For this you may go for the throat swab, culture and antibiotic sensitivity, blood sugar level and take antibiotic according to this.
You also take the Antacid gel and antiseptic mouth wash.

Wish you good health
