Dizziness, Abdominal Pain, Acidity. Normal PMS Syndrome?
I've been really dizzy lately, I've had lower abdominal pains, a gassy, rumbly feeling in my stomach.. After I eat, my stomach still growls. I've only had one period and I didn't check the date. Can you tell me if these are normal PMS symptoms or what is wrong with me, I've had this problem for almost a week and a half. Is my period near?
Don't worry, your symptoms doesn't warrant a diagnosis of PMS. These symptoms are quite non specific.
Dizzy feeling nearing periods are normal. Your body is experiencing the hormonal changes during a normal menstrual cycle. There is no need to get tensed up. Expect a period within a week.
In the meantime take some iron supplements or iron rich food items like dates to compensate for the blood loss.
Please do follow up with further details.
