Dizziness, Back Pain, Headache, Problem With Eyes. Optician Finds Blood Behind Back Of Eye. Any Ideas?

Hi, i have had problems with dizziness for the past month. Feel very down about it. I get a dull ache in the back of my head a lot too, doesn't hurt just dull ache. I have recently started having a problem with my left eye, it doesn't hurt just feels uncomfortable like its too big for my socket or something and its also quite blood shot, both my eyes are. I went to the opticians a few months back and he said i had a bleed behind the back of my eye, i got tested for diabeties but i was fine. IM only 20 and getting fed up what do you think?

Hello, It seems from the history that you are having head ache ocular pain dizziness and as per the examination by your optician you have bleeding behind the eye.
Since you are quite young bleeding in the posterior part of the eye can be caused few causes like vasculitis involving the retinal blood vessels.
However these diseases are quite rare I advice you for consultation with ophthalmologist for examination and treatment accordingly.
