Dizziness, Blurred Vision, Double Vision, Cold, Low BP. Suggest?
I have been dizzy for about 4 days, sometimes I get blurred or double vision along with my feet feeling cold...what am I going through? Also I check my blood pressure and it ranges between 105/50 to 125/80, I have been diagnosed with hypertension (I take blood pressure medicine). And also I can hear a pulse either in my left ear or the back of my throat (weird right?)

hello and welcome to HCM,
In the background of giddiness, elevated pressure and that pulse in the ear (we call it the tinnitus) you need to do the following right away:
1. Get a complete physical and blood evaluation
2. Get a complete ENT evaluation including audiometry and CT/MRI of the brain and the temporal bone
3. Get a neurological evaluation to rule out any lesions or problems in the brain
4. Finally get an ophthalmologist to examine the movements of your eye and the vision.
after all the testing you need to be aware of the vestibular rehabilitation exercises
