Dizziness Followed By Slight Headaches, Nausea And Feels Strange While Turning Head
Hai good evening doctor,My problem started from two days before. while I waking up, I am feeling dizziness for few hours and from today morning onwards, I am suffering from slight head ache.Morning I also felt nausea. Today I did my blood test and came to know that my RBC count is 4.82mill/cmm and my hemoglobin is also normal(i.e,13.9gm).I am getting strange feeling when I am turning my head suddently.I dnt know actually what kind of problem I am having.
You may be suffering from a vestibulitis which means possible inner (or even middle) ear infection and that your balance apparatus known as the cochlea could be suffering at the hands of a VIRAL entity...most common...your problem could be due to several other things such as dehydration, elevated sugar levels in the bloodstream, and of course, side effects from other medications you may have been recently prescribed over the past few weeks (especially anything for your blood pressure or mood agents/antidepressants).
Your doctor may test you for something called orthostatic hypotension but you'll have to go to their office for this sort of testing which is typically done by the nurse. But this is easily correctable most of the time as well....it's just a matter of identifying the problem and then, the solution usually becomes clear how to proceed.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
