Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your problem description. I suggest you not to worry too much. Your ENT surgeon confirmed that there is nothing wrong with your ENT region. He might have referred to another specialist if he had any doubt about your health. Means you are clear.

The symptoms you are mentioning here are corresponding to anxiety. Feeling dizzy is very common. Feeling tired is also common. Chest fluttering and hot flashes are very common with anxiety disorders. Combine the anxiety disorder with negative thinking, you have the given problems.

You need psychological counseling., I am more than happy to provide telephone psychological counseling through healthcaremagic. Contact me through customer care, www.healthcaremagic.com.

Hope this clears your doubts. Available for further clarifications.
Good luck.
