Let me know what is the treatment for these simptoms
Dizziness can be a presenting symptom of many conditions. Dizziness could result from problems in the inner ear, vision and joints related issues as peripheral causes, generalised weakness, blood related conditions and central causes involving brain. Considering your father's age and multiple conditions which could present as dizziness, it is not possible to pin point the reason and give treatment through the description you have given. I advice you to take him to a doctor -either a general physician, neurologist or an ENT specialist to begin with.
