Dizziness, Nausea, Leg Numbness After Having Anal Sex. What Should I Do?

Just had anal sex for the first time. I stood up and felt really dizzy. shortly after, i fainted. Then when i regained a bit of my consciousness, I felt like vomiting. My bf got me to the bathroom however, i lost consciousness again. I couldn't feel my legs. i had a warm shower as well as a steam in the bathroom then i got better. But now, i still feel a little light headed. Does it get better? what should i do? what if this happens all the time?

Hello ma'am and welcome.

Anal intercourse is not considered normal and there are various important blood vessels in and around the anal region that your partner may apply pressure on or even damage during anal intercourse.

This was the reason why you experienced those symptoms. Although not common, women do report having experienced light headedness and headaches after anal intercourse. This is due to a circulatory problem, caused by pressure applied by the male penis on the surrounding structures.

I would advise you and your partner to avoid anal intercourse in the future, or go ahead at your own risk, as some women have reported this to happen only during the first few times.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
