Dizzy Spells, Headaches, Tiredness. Blood Sugar Of 4.6. Are These Related?
Hi. Ive been getting really bad dizzy spells the last few weeks that do get better when sitting or lying down. I am also really tired, have headaches, am more thirsty than normal and am struggling to make my 45 minute trip to work without being desperate for the loo. I have suffered from low blood sugar before but an apple usually helps with this, but this time it feels worse. I took my blood sugars a few weeks ago using my partners machine in the morning 10 minutes after jam on toast and cereal and they were 4.6. Is this all related?

U may be suffering from Vit D3 and Vit B 12 deficiency. Start with getting the blood test for both these vitamins and then we can put u on treatment.
