Dizzyness, Light Headaches When Getting Up Or Lying Down. Help?
hi there, i am a male that is 23 years old. i am currently suffering some dizzyness and light headedness, this only happens when im either getting up. or lying down. another thing that has always been with me for some time now is my boy temp, im not sure on what the reading is. but i am always so hot, especially at night time.
im not sure of what my blood pressure is either, but last time i did it (about 9 months ago) im sure it was a little high. also i am not over weight i am 6 foot 3 and 94kgs with 13% body fat.

Check your blood pressure if high than take low salt in diet.
for headache:
tab. migrate once a night time daily.
tab. zintec twice a day.
Check your eye sight.
