Do I Need A Valve Surgery?

Dx with two leaking leaking heart valves. Rricular moderate to Sec. And mvp moderate need another echo in six mths ... at times bp drops very low. .. and pulse is tachy. From my understanding and I could be way wrong but this sounds like some kind of valve surgery in the future ....
