Do I Need To Be Concerned About Malignant Knot On Child's Back?

I have a 5 yr old who at a month old developed knot on her back, it was assumed to be spitz. Around 2 yrs ago it started developing blue color. This past November I had it removed because she kept hurting it. Just recently pathology come back and it was malignant like with .4mm margin, with suggestion to remove more. 2 yrs ago I also noticed knot on her left collar bone n completely forgot about it until this evening when I inspected her body, it is at tip front. Her pediatrician is working on getting her in with a dermatologist. He is not aware of this knot. Do I need to be concerned, knot is hard feels like bone like it just grew more than other side.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I appreciate your concern, as I always being said that the skin lesions demands the clinical observation, but from the history given here I could say that this could be neurofibromatosis, else the clinical examination and the pathological examination is the only way for final diagnosis, take care of kid and have good luck.
