Do I Need To Take Nebicard 2.5mg For My Whole Life?

Dear Sir,
My name is sabu, i am 31 years old & some times my BP level is showing more than 140 / 90. So, i am having the tab nebicard 2.5 mg for the last two years. Kindly advise i have to continue this medicine my life time. after taking the medicine it will come 120/80 or 130 / 80..

Dear Sabu,
At first I would like to know whether nebicard was prescribed for your blood pressure or you have other problems too.
If without medication your blood pressure rises only episodically, there may be possibility to normalize it with lifestyle changes.
Weight reduction if you are overweight, healthy diet, sodium restriction, exercise.
